Sharaf DG introduces the guaranteed buyback program. This program ensures that a buy-back value will be provided if the current device is upgraded to a new device. However, the new device has to fall under the NPI (new product introduction) classification. For example, an iPhone 15 purchased this year can be upgraded to the newer version of iPhone with a guaranteed buy-back value of 75% of the amount that was paid initially.
In order to qualify for this, there are two primary requirements. First, consumers who own any device in the iPhone 15 series are eligible to purchase the plan. Second, clients will be required to pay a one-time cost of 100 AED to purchase the package.
The period for enrolling in the plan runs from the 22nd of September 2023 to the 31st of December 2023. The plan remains active from purchasing date until the 31st of December, 2024, or for 395 days, whichever occurs first.
The plan will be available for redemption the following year. It begins on the day the newest iPhone model is introduced and continuing until the 31st of December 2024.
However, there are a few exceptions as well, which are important to know before availing the offer. If the device is exchanged from Apple Service Provider, letter of exchange is mandatory for redemption. If user avails a refund/change of iPhone, he is not eligible for return of plan fees. One plan is applicable to a single device as it is linked with the IMEI number unique to each device.
Eligibility Criteria for Sharaf DG Guaranteed BuyBack Offer
The customer is responsible for bringing both a copy of the invoice as well as their own iPhone. It is to confirm that both devices have the same IMEI number. The iPhone need to be fully operational, with none of its parts damaged or missing. There must be no flaws whatsoever. The health of the iPhone’s battery need to be at least 90%. There should not be any scratches on the display. The body of the device should not have any dents or dings. The device should not have any kind of lock on it in any capacity whatsoever. Tech bench, situated within each of the Sharaf DG outlets, will examine and evaluate the gadget.
