The presidency of Sheikh Mohamed announced today the passing of Sheikh Hazza bin Sultan bin Zayed Al Nahyan.
Through a message, the Presidential Court extended its “heartfelt condolences”.
“The Presidential Court extended heartfelt condolences and sympathies on the death of Sheikh Hazza bin Sultan bin Zayed Al Nahyan, praying to Allah Almighty to shower the deceased with His vast mercy, grant him eternal paradise and provide his family and relatives with patience and solace,” the message stated.
It was believed that Sheikh Hazza was in his mid-thirties. The cause of death has not been reported.
There was a member of the royal family who was famous among equestrians for his skill as a rider and that was Sheikh Hazza bin Sultan.
Following his father’s 2019 passing, he became known as Sheikh Sultan bin Zayed Al Nahyan.
The late President Sheikh Khalifa’s brother, Sheikh Sultan, was the President’s Representative.
On May 1, 2019, the Presidential Court ordered all flags to fly at half-mast in mourning of Tahnoun bin Mohammed Al Nahyan that recently died.
