One of the two crew members on a US fighter jet that was shot down over Iran has been recovered by the US, according to sources.
Following the downing of the US F-15 fighter jet by Iran, a search and rescue effort was initiated to find two crew members. According to the officials, the pilot ejected before the plane crashed, but both pilots health is still unknown.
An Israeli official said that Israel has cancelled the planned strikes in Iran so that the search and rescue efforts are not affected.
It was repoted by the Iranian media that a jet had been shot down. State TV told Iranians that there is a huge bounty on the pilot and anyone who located the U.S. troops would be rewarded by the government.
