Selection criteria for instructors
- They must be 21 or older.
- Pass the test and interview.
- Their actions are guaranteed to be good.
- Legally obtaining a license
- They cannot have been sentenced to a freedom-restricting penalty for any crime that violates honor or trust unless they were rehabilitated.
- Prove health suitability for the work.
- Applicants for center management must have practical experience, while those who want to teach or manage must be qualified.
- If the center does not support them, they must get consent from the appropriate authorities.
